Information you give us
This website has no contact form. We only receive the information you choose to send us when you call, send a text message, write on WhatsApp or send an email. That is usually your name, phone number, email address, the address of the property and a description of what you need cleaned.
We use it to reply to you, prepare your estimate and provide the service you ask for. We do not use it for anything else.
Information collected automatically
Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs — IP address, browser type, pages requested, date and time — to keep the site running and secure. We do not use those logs to identify individual visitors.
Cookies
We set one cookie, and only one:

We do not currently use analytics or advertising cookies. If we add them in the future, they will only load after you accept them in the cookie notice.
Third-party services
Some parts of this page are loaded from other companies. When that happens, those companies receive your IP address and may set their own cookies:
- Google Maps — the embedded map showing our location.
- Google Fonts — the typefaces used on the site.
- Cloudflare (cdnjs) — the animation library used for small visual effects.
The WhatsApp and TikTok buttons are ordinary links. If you follow them you leave this site, and what happens next is governed by those companies' own privacy policies.
Sharing your information
We do not sell, rent or trade your information. We share it only with the members of our team who need it to carry out the work, and when the law requires us to.
How long we keep it
We keep estimates and customer records for as long as we need them to provide the service and to meet our tax and accounting obligations. If you ask us to delete your information we will, unless we are required to keep it.
Text messages
If you text us, we will reply by text. You can reply STOP at any time and we will stop sending you messages.
Children
This site is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
Your choices
You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Call or email us using the details above and we will take care of it.
Changes to this policy
If we change how we handle your information we will update this page and change the effective date at the top.
