These terms apply to this website and to the cleaning services provided by Vicky's Cleaning with a Smile and More. By using this site you accept them.

What this website is

This site describes the services we offer and how to reach us. It does not publish prices, and there is no online booking or payment. Every job starts with a conversation.

Estimates

Our estimates are free and carry no obligation. An estimate is not a contract: it becomes an agreement only when we have both confirmed the work, the date and the price.

An estimate is based on the information you give us. If the property turns out to be significantly different from what was described — larger, or in a condition that needs considerably more work — we will tell you before starting and agree a new price with you. We will never change the price without telling you first.

Service area

We work in Naples, Fort Myers, Cape Coral, Marco Island, Estero, Golden Gate Estates and Punta Gorda, and in nearby areas by arrangement. If you are just outside, call and ask.

Insurance

Our team is legally employed and covered by workers' compensation and general liability insurance. We are happy to provide a certificate of insurance on request.

What we need from you

• Access to the property at the agreed time, whether you are there or not.
• Somewhere safe for cash, jewellery and valuables. We prefer not to handle them.
• A heads-up about pets, alarm codes, delicate surfaces or anything you would rather we did not touch.

Changes and cancellations

Plans change and we are used to it. Let us know as early as you can and we will move your visit. We work Monday to Saturday, 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM, so there is usually room. Any arrangement about repeated last-minute cancellations is agreed directly with you.

If something is not right

Tell us. If part of the work was not done properly, contact us and we will come back and correct it.

The text, logo and images on this site belong to us or are used with permission. Please do not copy or reuse them without asking.

Links to other sites

This site links to WhatsApp, TikTok and Google Maps. We are not responsible for the content or practices of those services.

Limitation of liability

The information on this site is provided in good faith, but we make no warranty that it is complete or error-free at all times. Nothing in these terms limits our liability where the law does not allow it.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The effective date at the top will tell you when they last changed.
